Having issue in app store & safari

Dears,

i have never used purchase in app store i have just tried to download. a free app in app store and the below error message shows . and my 2nd issue is: when i try to use safari even for opening any normal page like google..etc its not opening and shows "safari can't open the page" . i have tried diffrent type of internet connection as well i have same both issue.
