What happens to an existing Annual Fitness+ subscription shared with the family when someone in the family group subscribes to Apple One Premium

my question is basically what the title is. My girlfriend has subscribed to the Fitness+ annual subscription which she shares with the family, but now I want to subscribe to the Apple One Premium subscription and share it with the family. What happens with her subscription? Will it get cancelled and will she get a refund?
