Billing problem with family member's previous purchase during app updates on iPhone

Getting message when trying to update apps that there is a billing problem with a family member’s previous purchase. I can not find any purchases from my husband or myself that are inactive or needs an update in billing. What are the steps to correct this?

Review the information provided here:

If a message says 'billing problem with previous purchase' or 'verification required' - Apple Support


It would most likely be a purchase from the Organizer if you are using Purchase Sharing that was unable to be processed. When viewing the Purchase History of the Organizers account, any amount in Red has failed.
