As of two days ago I started getting ads on my Apple Music. I have played Crowder essentials every day for close to a year. I never had ads until two days ago. I was so mad I canceled my Apple one subscription. I really like Apple Music, but when I’m paying for Apple Music I don’t think I should have to listen to 4 ads every 20 minutes. Can anyone help troubleshoot this issue? I did send feedback to Apple, but they won’t reply to feedback.

I cannot reproduce any ads playing. I even played the Crowder Essentials for the last 10 minutes without a single ad. Never heard one when playing any playlists or even my own Personalized Radio Station. I agree I would not like it either and Feedback is the way to go. You won't get a reply on feedback, it is logged to make crowdsourced decisions. If you want to talk to Apple directly, you would do that here:

When playing the Radio Stations I have heard announcements of what is coming up and some scheduled interviews, but I don't consider that an ad, and nothing was trying to sell me any product. Not sure if that is what you are referring to or something else. Keep us posted if you do contact Apple directly for any comment made.
Per reports, Apple Music has no ads in music, and no ads in your own playlists, but can have ads in radio stations and in interviews embedded in playlists.
