Can print to Canon MX532 but cannot scan
New MacBook. Sequoia Version 15.6.1. All Canon drivers and apps installed from Canon site. Document in hopper or on platen, no difference. Error: Cannot communicate with scanner
Suggested reasons are invalid. I have tried Canon FAQ and community forum, but no solution found.
Using Canon IJ Scan Utility2 to (try to) initiate the scan. Printer is connected wirelessly. Also, Canon IJ Network Tool finds printer, reports MAC address, says it is connected to LAN.
