Netflix "That title is not available to watch instantly" Error code 3-0

I did a factory reset, restarted, logged in/out - done all the things that are suggested. I've contacted Netflix and they walked me through all their fixes. Then I thought well maybe my ATV is old so I bought a new one. Just set it all up and I'm still getting the same message. This ONLY happens on my TV (Samsung). I can watch things on my iPhone and MacBook Pro - but I don't want to! I have no problems with any other apps on my tv. Any suggestions??
