Apple Watch Burned My Wrist
I have an Apple Watch 7 that recently burned my wrist (I have pictures of this) and also has stopped working now. It no longer charges and no longer turns on.
I tried contacting Apple Support who did not help at all. Their only recommendation was for me to buy a new watch.
This can't be how Apple treats their customers? Customer gets injured by their product, product fails and now I'm told to just buy another watch?
Any one else have a similar issue and have advice on what to do?
