Is it possible to request to have a specific game included in Apple Arcade? The game I have in mind is Shelf Sort, developer IEC Global. Love the game, but not the ads that appear even after having paid for the “no ad” version.

Not only do the developers have to agree to not having any ads, they are not allowed to have any in-app purchases. The game you have in mind contains both.
