Safari will not launch YouTube in 13.3 Ventura

Out of nowhere, when I went to youtube.com. My Safari in Ventura 13.3 does not launch it and shows Gray were all of the thumbnails on the YouTube page. Also, it won't let me into my YouTube page and I check settings under Safari, 13.3 and could not find anything that would let me get back into it again. I've never changed anything it did it on its own. Happen overnight. How do I get YouTube back on safari 13.3 in Ventura.
