Do the search again. Right click on any item in the list and choose Show in Finder, or Show in Enclosing Folder.

The folder the item is in will open on the desktop.

As an example, I did a random search and chose a file to show. I got this.

I know where this is, but to get the full path, highlight any one of those Microsoft.VC80 files and press Command+Option+C. This copies the path as text to the clipboard. So when I paste the copied path from the example above, it returns this:

/Applications/DaVinci Resolve/DaVinci Resolve Manual.pdf

If all else fails try this:

You can check to see if you've removed all of the supporting files by downloading and running the shareware app to search for any files with the application's or the developer's name in the file name.  For MS files you'd do the following search(es):

1 - Name contains microsoft

Any files that are found can be dragged from the search results window to the Desktop or Trash bin in the Dock for deletion.

FAF can search areas that Spotlight can't like invisible folders, system folders and packages.

If you get warnings that the file can't be deleted because it is in use or used by another app boot into Safe Mode according to How to use safe mode on your Mac , run Find Any File again and delete from there.

Note:  if you have a wireless keyboard with rechargeable batteries connect it with its charging cable before booting into Safe Mode.  This makes it act as a wired keyboard as will assure a successful boot into Safe Mode.

Have you tried getting the path with Command+Option+C on any of the files you listed earlier?

The reason I asked for that information is to find out if they're anywhere in the System folder. If they are, there is no possible way for you to remove them without erasing the drive.

Old files can get trapped there if a Mac has had the OS upgraded multiple times. That is, they may have been written there when it was still possible, but are now permanently stuck once a newer version of macOS has been installed that blocks all user access to the System folder.
