There is also an email address in the Terms & Conditions that works. However, posting here is probably faster. Especially as most people never actually read the T&C.

Sometimes, if you request a username change, it is first, briefly changed to something random. Then, if your choice is available, you will generally see a second charge. You know appear to have the username you requested.

Their user name was changed to what they requested. Note that requests for username changes are not always granted and the requested name may not be available or their may be some other reason the request can't be accommodated.

If you’re just here to simply ask a question, then your username is not important.

If you have pledged yourself to volunteering, then a username is much more important than points or level numbers.

To this very day, I remember the name of the individual who helped facilitate my username change request (it’s been several years). Sadly, she is no longer with us and I will always remember her kindness. 😇
