How to recover old iCloud backups on iPhone?

I clicked on an app to merge and remove duplicates... and boom....... it deleted for sure. I was on vacay so when i got back a week later struggling to find numbers I got online and did a hard reset, and went to icloud backup, and boom only one back up from the day before and the DAY everything erased. So NO option for an older backup which I am about to cry its 30 years of data and phone numbers and messages of course.

Is there no way to go back to older cloud back ups? I have read everything and it says choose the last back up but that is NOT an option. I have a iphone 15 pro max and icloud back up runs daily.

HELP? Now with the back up I cant even get yesterdays messages.
