Monitor cant display my macbook screen

Hi, I'm using a MacBook Air M1 and I usually use a monitor at home for work. I use a Lenovo L22-E40 monitor. The monitor is fine and I use it every day. But today, when I wanted to use it (before this, I had been in another city for three days), it wouldn't display my screen. In the display menu, there is no option for my monitor. I have already restarted my laptop, but it still won't display. I also changed the dongle in case the problem was with it, but it was still the same, the monitor wouldn't display my screen. Any solutions?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.6
