When I press the button on my watch to turn on the kow battery mode it dont and after some seconds it is calling 911
It doesn’t react when I press normally when I use more force and hold it slightly longer it starts to call sos

If your Apple Watch is activating the Emergency SOS feature instead of entering Low Power Mode, you may be accidentally pressing the side button, which triggers the Emergency Call slider. To switch to Low Power Mode, open Control Centerfrom the side button, tap the battery percentage, and select Low Power Mode.
So don’t hold the side button. This will activate emergency SOS
As Nick suggests (and I tested mine) you need to stab the side button really hard and quickly. Half a second does nothing, one second counts as a hold
