iPhone 13 Pro Max stuck on white screen

Today when I woke up in the morning and when I started using the iPhone, suddenly the screen became completely white. The phone is working perfectly fine; I am getting all the notifications and everything is working totally fine, but only the screen is completely white and it is unresponsive. I tried pressing the volume button up, down, and side key, but it is still the same.


Can please someone help me on this?

Submitted my iPhone 13 Pro Max to iPlanet, Mulund West, Mumbai yesterday and today I got the call that my mobile is repaired free of cost. 


My Phone was working fine and all of a sudden white screen issue came up. Tried force restart and resetting through Finder but all in vain. It was 4+ years old but in excellent condition, so I gave it to Authorised service centre near my house. Customer care executive told me that if Apple team approves this problem (white screen) as manufacturing defect then I will get free replacement of screen. Otherwise I will have to pay around 40k for new screen.


Apple team approved it as manufacturing defect so I paid nothing for new screen. I still have to pay 5k for screen replacement job to iPlanet. But this amount is way less than 40k.


Thanks iPlanet and Apple Team for getting my issue resolved. Posting it in forum as I got real help from reading other community posts.
