Deleted ICloud from phone. Can't redownload...

May have been a little intoxicated, was in a middle of a "deleting all these random apps" bender and iCloud got caught in the metaphorical 'crossfire'. How do I get iCloud back onto my iPhone? Can't figure it out... I give it a shot every few months but I always give up in about two minutes. Also internet searches always pop up people deleting iCloud files or photos on by accident (dumb people, am I right?); anyway, how does one restore the entire iCloud application back onto one's phone?

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 18

There is no iCloud app, but there is a Files app, sometimes referred to as iCloud Drive, where you can store files in iCloud. That one can be deleted on your device, but you can redownload it again from the App Store. Just search for "Files" and make sure it is the one from Apple with the blue folder icon, and it will have a cloud symbol next to it because you previously had it on your device.

If it shows "Open" in the App Store, then you already have it on your device and it may be in the App Library by swiping all the way to the left on the Home Screens. If you currently do not have that app on any of your Home Screens, you can drag it from there to any page you wish.

iCloud was greyed out in the settings menu for months, they must have updated it because I have access to them now and was able to get some of my things uploaded, but the app itself is still missing... not a big deal anymore, but I only discovered that I could access the iCloud settings again after I had made this post. Up to that point I didn't have access to any of that, or at least thought I didn't. Quite possible I missed something, I am a bit of an idiot.
