Delay when launching apps through Siri Shortcut widget

When launching apps normally through the Home Screen or App Library, there is no delay on subsequent app launches and you do not need to wait for any animation to finish before you re-launch.

However, when launching apps through a Siri Shortcuts app widget, you are required to wait for the full animation to finish before you can re-launch an app.

I believe the video here demonstrates the issue quite well. The apps in the dock launch without a delay, but the apps on the Home Screen (made up of 3x Siri Shortcut widgets) have the delay.

This seems to be a bug…
