Added reminder for an email on iPhone doesn't open on Mac

I add reminder for an email from iPhone. When I try to open the same on Mac it either doesn't open or opens a different email. The same happens on iPhone too but after some days. I have not observed the days. How can I solve this?

I add by selecting the words which I want as reference, share it and then add it to reminder.
