Playlist is missing off of my iPhone - still in apple music on my PC

Hello,

I have an active subscription to Apple Music and have Sync turned on for my PC (Apple Music App is downloaded on my PC) and for my iPhone.

Today, I went to go to my favorite playlist on my phone and it was just gone. It doesn't come up in search, or in the recently searched where it usually is. This is the only playlist that has disappeared from all of my playlists on my phone.

It is still showing up on my PC inside Apple Music but will not show up on my phone. I restarted my phone and have not done any updates recently.

How do I get my playlist back on my phone? I didn't manually delete it, so how did it happen in the first place?
