How to stop “Join This Apple TV” popup on phone and ipad

Every time I open up my phone this notification that says “Join This Apple TV” pops up and tells me to connect/view apple ID.

I set Automatically AirPlay to NEVER.

Turned NOTIFICATIONS for TV OFF.

It is still popping up continuously.

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 18
