Photos on my computer won't sync to iphone
I am using the lightning cable and checking "all photos" but no matter how many times I do it, it won't sync all my photos. What do I have to do?

See this:
Sync photos between your Mac and iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If you don't get it to work, tell us what happens in detail. I mean, you didn't even tell us if your computer was a Mac or what, so there's not much anyone can do without information.
I'm sorry - I have a windows 11 laptop. I have followed the process you attached for years and even though I click 'sync all photos', some of my newer photos and albums never make it to the iphone even though it says the sync is done.

I wonder if your computer is having trouble with the newer HEIC format for picture files. The iPhone checks to see if it's Windows 10, and if so, it transfers JPGs thinking that the OS won't understand newer formats. But if it sees Windows 11, it transfers HEIC, and apparently some 11 machines still don't handle that.
On the iPhone Settings>Camera>Formats, choose Most Compatible. That should produce JPGs.
Here is something from Microsoft [hoping my Mac doesn't explode, now…]
It says "For recent photos, use the Phone Link app from Microsoft Store." I think it costs money. There are free apps out there.
