Wondering which captions (Live captions ? YouTube ? Downloaded movies ?) aren't working for you

and

in which app(s) they aren't working for you .... eg: FaceTime ? Accessibility features?

All of my settings are correct according to them, but no success even after buying a new phone.

What else have you tried ? eg: Updating to the latest iOS version :

Look in Settings > General > Software updates (NB: Back-up first if updating)

or

Restarting your iPhone " (If needed see: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support)

or

Turning the particular captions setting off and back on again

or

If using Accessibility app(s): Reaching out for Accessibility Support:

No. As with many issues: Fellow Apple users do have problems with captions from time to time, as you have.

Yes, though often not everyone has the same particular issue with the same particular captions.

(Also, as Apple users, like yourself, we don't get to see or hear about those that contact Apple and find solutions.)
