How to add 3D depth effect to an image in Final Cut Pro 11.1 - can't find the 3D transform controls or 'Reset and Add 3D' option to create perspective rotation with X, Y, Z axis control.

If the "Maxipad vs Pando Porris board" is a full screen graphic, you can apply the Distort tool to create a "perspective view" of the media. You can find the Distort tool at the bottom left corner of the Viewer:
Layer the media between your storyline and whatever Title you use.
