Incoming call audio issue with Apple CarPlay in 2013 Mercedes Benz

I installed Apple play on my 2013 Mercedes Benz. I have a problem in hearing the caller on incoming call but he can hear me another associated problem is that I lose sound of music etc. Making a call works flawlessly.

Need help please..
