I can't open a game in my MacBook

I played "bully" game in my MacBook which you can download on official Apple Store but because it was designed to play on iPad I couldn't play it with my keyboard only the touchpad worked so I thought I might change that by changing the settings from "keyboard and trackpad" to "only keyboard" then the game crashed and now I can't open it no matter I do I deleted it and installed it I shut down my Mac but it still wouldn't work I have to open the game to change the settings (to my knowledge) but since I can't open the game I can't change the settings and now im in a loophole please help I paid for that game
