iPhone goes to transfer while on it in car?

Scenario- I am talking on my car phone in my Honda CRV and while talking it switches to transfer for a minute then goes back or I hit the transfer button and the person is back. It drives me crazy because people think I’ve hung up on them. Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks in advance!
