Why are Apple Music profile and friend features not available in Turkey?

I am currently using Spotify, but I would like to switch to Apple Music since it integrates much better with my Apple devices and offers superior sound quality. However, Spotify’s social features (adding friends, collaborative playlists, listening to the same music together) are very attractive to me and my friends.

It is really disappointing that Apple Music does not offer these features in Turkey. As Apple users, we love staying within the ecosystem, but such restrictions push us towards alternative platforms.

Moreover, since we can already use social features like Game Center Friends on Apple, I see no reason why Apple Music profile creation and friend-adding features are not enabled in Turkey.

Is there any plan to make these features available for Turkey as well?
