Mail app not remembering move to folders in 18.6.2

after reading emails since recent ios upgrades Mail no longer seems to remember and list folders where I save similar emails. Instead it shows Important and Move To… only. My email addresses are gmail accounts. Is this a bug in recent ios upgrades?
