tvos 18.6 playback framerate issues

I’m having issues with playing content on original framerate hz like 23.976 and 24. I have a 4K Samsung tv with Apple’s latest 4K Tv model with tvOS 18.6 installed. Recently, I think after upgrading 18.5 to 18.6, I’m unable to have apps switching from my default video setting (4K hdr10+ 50hz) to the original content Hz, usually 23.976. The only app that I do not have issues with is Netflix. Problem occurs with Disney+ , SkyShowtime (Paramount) and even Apple’s

own TV app. Playing content results into stuttering imaging clearly, as if the framerate was not adjusted.

I have tried enabling and disabling Match Dynamic Content and Match Framerate but nothing seems to work

anymore. The only way to fix this is to switch the video settings between 50hz and 23.976 hz (and vice versa) which is very frustrating.

Does anybody else have this issues or suggestions?
