My Apple Watch Series 7 won't connect to Ford Sync

Hi ,

I have a Apple Watch 7 cellular with its own contract,I was able to connect my watch to my previous cars Bluetooth via Ford Audio,I could take calls,play Apple Music all without my phone which was very convenient.Now I have a new car with Ford Sync ! ,I cannot connect to it no matter what I do.It sees the Apple Watch but refuses to connect.Us there a workaround that I’m not aware of.

I’ve tried different ways of pairing my watch all unsuccessful!.

The display shows my watch but always displays “Pairing Unsuccessful”.

when I first try to pair my watch to Sync the pin number on the display corresponds with the watch and I press continue and press the yes button but it keeps failing.Never had this problem with my older Ford Focus it just paired to Ford Audio via Bluetooth and that was that!.

Have you tried to pair your iPhone to the car first and then set up the watch to mirror the iPhone?
