MacBook Air hinge becomes tight and makes a click after prolonged inactivity

when I try to adjust the hinge after a hour of usage I notice the hinge has became tight and it takes a little bit of force to get it to move again. When it moves it makes a single click and then it goes smoothly after that but If I leave it like that for like a hour the same problem occurs. I just bought the Mac last month brand new with a normal usage. I also notice that sometimes I can't open it with one hand.

Yes,I can fully close the screen and there's no gap in it. Should I take it to the nearby apple authorized shop since I live in Burmese and there's no official Apple Store.
