Does an Apple Watch or iPhone positive indication an apple watch is actively monitoring for sleep?

Sleep focus icon is not a positive method.

for example, and icon for “actively scanning for sleep”.

Or is it most of a hope and pray, you’ll found out in the morning?

No this is not avaliable. But when you have sleep focus on, it will track your sleep

If it havent tracked your sleep when sleep focus is on, there is something wrong with your watch
