Unable to sync Apple Music account from previous iPhone to new iPhone

I have been using apple music for a while but when I got my, current phone I am unable to have the same apple music account from my previous phone. my previous phone was an iphone 12 and it broke to the point where I cant get into the phone becuase the screen doesnt work, so I was unable to transfer everyhting i just logged into my icloud on the new phone. How do I get the same apple music account into my new phone, the sync option is on but it is telling me to set up an account and I am able to search up my other account.
