Cash back for Western Union transaction

I received a 2% cashback when I sent money to another country with Western Union using my Apple card. Is this right? I thought it is treated like a cash advance with no cashback. I don't want to have a problem later, because it was a large amount.

Per the Apple Card terms and conditions cash advances are not permitted. Purchasing cash equivalents and doing a cash advance is a violation of T&C and grounds for permanently closing the account.
