Apple Intelligence downloaded, stuck on 100% complete

I have an M1 MacBook Pro (2020) on Sequoia 15.6.1, using US English for the region/language. Apple Intelligence is stuck at 100% loading. Toggling it off and on doesn't change this.

What can i do to get AI to load?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 15.6
