Password Missing from Passwords app

I have an interesting situation. Only one of my passwords in the password app has gone missing.

The password was saved with two letter initials identifier and was stored locally - with my experience of the information on iCloud. I am not sure if it was due to the recently released 18.6.1 or 18.6.2 versions or if the two letter acronym had to do anything with it. I noticed the password that was created few days ago, missing on 8/19.

Any ideas on how to recover that password or any official third part products that can be utilized to recover that one password? It is extremely crucial for me to recover that password.
