Unable to access published books or add new ones on authors.apple.com

Every time I log into my authors.apple.com account, it asked if I want to update an existing book or publish a new one. If I click either button, then continue, it simply takes me back to the login page. I cannot get into my account. It is not locked (as far as I know), it keeps asking for me to enter the code, which I do from my iPad device, and then it just keeps cycling through the same steps.

Please help me access my books. Thank you.
