How to get Blood Oxygen data to show in Vitals on my iPhone 15 Pro?

I didn’t have this problem until I updated to iPhone 17 Pro and Watch 11. O2 data is being collected and reported to HealthKit, but the Vitals display is not reporting it nor showing temperature either. I’m not worried about temperature as the app clearly states it doesn’t yet have sufficient data, but clearly something is up with O2 reporting. I’ve also seen failure to report on a relative’s health screen, and they live outside of the US.

I suspect that the issue of the Health app on iOS failing to display SpO₂ saturation in the Overnight Vitals report when the user updates to iOS26 and also upgrades their watch because of the presence of the Vitals App on WatchOS. As this is part of Apple’s legal/technical workaround for U.S. models, where SpO₂ was redesigned to be an iPhone-side app. Still, the iOS Health app should be reporting SpO₂ to the Overnight Vitals report and just drop SpO₂ reporting on the WatchOS.

I suspect this is an issue clouded by Apple's recent partial victory in the oxygen sensor lawsuit

But please, everyone reading this should use the product feedback pages to remind Apple they need to fix this deficit. The oxygen sensor is now working for many users, and its output can be displayed in its separate display on the iPhone, as specified. (OK, Maybe not on the watch as yet.)

But the Vitals chart on the iPhone continues to omit Oxygen Sensor data.

I have one of the Apple Watch 9 running WatchOS 26 and it’s one of the ones with the LW/A in the model number.

Rest assured mine is reporting the temperature in the Vitals section. However, like many here have said I am not able to view my SpO2 in Vitals. I can only view that metric in the Health app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Same issue, when Vitals app first launched it took a few days for some of the metrics to determine a baseline and then the data started populating. I thought that might be what was happening with the reintroduction of Spo2, but at this point I don’t think it is going to load. Curious if this is a bug or by design.

If they aren’t going to allow blood o2 readings to be included in vitals, they should remove the o2 column. It’s silly to have had this empty o2 column included with vitals for over a year at this point.

Also, I use the Withings App because I have their BP cuff and Thermometer. Strange, it DOES show the SPO2 during sleep in their App, and it’s getting the data from Apple Health/Ultra2 sensor. So the data is there, Apple is simply NOT DISPLAYING it in their health app subsection “Vitals”. Why?

Same, I show full vitals from 2 day ago in my Ultra 2 (got it when they dropped, pre lawsuit) and now wrist temp ( I know this just needs time) and oxygen are not showing since I started using the Ultra 3.

This happened to me as well. Upgraded watch from Ultra 2 that was unaffected by court issue to an Ultra 3 and now the O2 readings are not present in vitals. The O2 readings work fine in the app Autosleep so I can track that elsewhere. Just bothers me that O2 is no longer in the Vitals section.

I have also been having this issue for a while. Has always confused me because the data is in Health (especially after the blood oxygen updates), but they don’t display in my Vitals. Wrist temp should absolutely be there at least.

Same here. Pro 16 + brand new Ultra 3

Particularly annoying as I have an Ultra 1 from PRIOR to the patent lawsuit (purchased at Launch) and that WAS showing in the Vitals app all the way up until I switched the the Ultra 3 a couple of days ago.

So basically I downgraded, in a sense, according to what I’m seeing here. Quite annoying indeed.

I'm having the same issue. No blood oxygen and no temperature in the vitals since updating to Ultra Watch 3. I really hope this is fixed, I need to watch both of these numbers and losing them is concerning.

I have this issue as well. I hope that they fix it. I can now measure my oxygen on the watch and it does it throughout the day automatically and I have to view it on my iPhone. But it is a missing metric for my sleep vitals.
