Blood Oxygen data not showing on Vitals

Same issue, when Vitals app first launched it took a few days for some of the metrics to determine a baseline and then the data started populating. I thought that might be what was happening with the reintroduction of Spo2, but at this point I don’t think it is going to load. Curious if this is a bug or by design.

I have the same problem. iPhone 12mini and watch series 10. Everything updated and restarted. Data shows in blood oxygen app (9 days) but not in vitals.

I have the same exact issue. iPhone 16 Pro and watch series 10. Everything updated to the latest versions.

Same issue here, I have an iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 18.6.2 and watch Ultra 2 with watchOS 11.6.1. No readings in the vitals section for blood oxygen.

Perfect description; same observation and thoughts on baseline delay. Also, I could not pin Blood Ox in Favorites from the Browse menu structure.
