I've created a couple of rules to move emails to trash or junk & I like what they do. But if I ever want to modify or delete one it's very time consuming to scroll through & find it.
How can I export a list of the conditions & criteria for each rule to better manage them?
BTW, I've found older posts saying to do it by navigating to the a mail folder in the Library but I can't find it.

The Mail rules are stored in the SyncedRules.plist file in the ~/Library/Mail/V10/MailData (the "~" is important.) I don't think it's going to help you much as editing .plist file is not straightforward either. (I would even say it’s more complicated.)

You're correct as the file contents are pretty cryptic. But I got the data over to Numbers & can find the key elements that I can use to remove duplication & other clean up.
I sure wish Apple would make this task easier!
