Image Capture scanning issue with Canon MG7751 printer/scanner on macOS 15.6.1

Since updating to a version of Sequoia (can't remember which one but I'm now on 15.6.1) I can no longer scan from the iMac to my Canon MG7751 printer/scanner.

Every time, in Image Capture I get: "Failed to open a connection to the device (-21345)". I can still print in the normal way. I've tried rebooting everything and changed the connection (Wifi to LAN) but still no joy.

Any ideas gratefully received.
