I did a apple trade in! Received the gift card on my email! Cant use it! I have a credit of 960 cant even pay for a $30 purchase applying the credit! Went in store! Called 5 times! Nobody seems to have a clue how to fix the issue! Anybody can help? Thanks

I did! Tried using the gift card code, didn’t work, on the phone with Apple they told me to add to my wallet app, did that still no luck!
Went in store, couldnt use it! They told me to call Apple and speak w a Tier 2, they couldnt help either! They transfered me to the gift card section they escaleted, I got an email saying everything should work! Nothing yet
What kind of thing are you trying to buy? Which version of Apple's stores are we talking about here? If it is an item from the App or Media stores you may need to also have a credit or debit card present on your account even if they will not be used.
Not exactly echoed. Some things may still need a card to be present even if you can buy them with credit..
