How do you escalate an issue when you cannot get meaningful help?
Despite searching over and over — on the Apple website and on google, I can’t find a phone number to call at Apple to ESCALATE an issue that has not been adequately addressed by AppleCare.
I am a huge fan of Apple Products and I am not a complainer by nature — however, I seemed to be stuck in a “Catch 22” between AppleCareOne and AppleCare +.
Any suggestions to find help when senior support advisors keep saying the same thing and not addressing the issue?
