I tried to "open anyway" an app and it asked me for an administrator's password, so i typed in my password, it didnt work. I try again, and it doesnt work. Whenever i try typing in my password, only in that ui, it doesnt work. I have already tried restarting and updating but nothing i do seems to work. Does anyone else have the same problem or know how to fix this?

Click your app holding the Option key ...(?)
With out knowing the specific app in question, not much to add here.
You can try rebooting into SafeBoot mode and compare your results. Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
Login and test.
Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus
all known to cause issues on the macOS
