Microphone not working on FaceTime for MacBook

All of a sudden people can't hear me on my FT on my laptop. I can hear them and the microphone works fine on Zoom and Google meets. It's on FT on my laptop. Works fine on my phone.

Wondering if Apple Support's online article (link below) can hhelp:

If FaceTime isn't working on your Mac - Apple Support

Eg: says:

If you have multiple ... microphones connected to your Mac, check the Video menu in the FaceTime menu bar to make sure the correct camera and microphone are selected."
