Issues with connectivity and security compromised

About 3 weeks ago, my Apple maps stopped working correctly. Didn’t have my accurate location but on Find my Friends and Find my iPhone, it was correct. It gave me random directions to a street I was no where near. A week later, my TikTok was hacked. I have the 2 factor authentication so when I got the code texts (at 3am so I didn’t see until it was too late), the hacker somehow also got those. I am not sure if its correlated or anything to do with Apple, but the timing was weird to me. Apple told me there is nothing they can do right now and the engineers are working on it but that it was definitely an ios18 update issue as far as connectivity, but have no idea when it will be back up and running again. I spent over 12 hours on the phone with Apple over the span of 2 days as well as seeing them in person for the issue where they told me it was Verizon.
