Select multiple email addresses to send to on iphone
Sending an email in iOS Mail on iPhone 14, is there a way to select multiple recipients at once rather that having to select one at a time?

Mail recipients are based on your Contacts database.
When you type an address, Mail searches your Contacts database and uses this to populate the email address. If a match isn't found, it assumes you're entering the address of someone not in your contacts list.
If you have a preset list of names/email addresses to send to, you can create a Group in Contacts.app. Place all the relevant contacts in that group. For example, you may have a 'Family' group with your family contacts in.
Now in Mail you can type the group name 'Family' and Mail will automatically fill in all the addresses from that group in Contacts.
Is that what you mean?
That's a fair point, MrHoffman... and context matters.
There's nothing in the original post that talks of scale. The 'right' solution may well depend on whether we're talking single digits, tens, hundreds, or thousands of addresses, as well as the rate of change - not only how often new addresses are added, but also how often they're deleted.
If it's a small, static list => Keyboard shortcuts or Contacts group
Small-to-medium, mostly-static => Contacts Group
Medium-to-Large, dynamic (users can add/remove themselves) => mailing list
And while creating and using Groups is often the best way, keyboard shortcuts also work here.
Mailing lists and list servers are another option, if you’re doing newsletters or such.
