Apple watch series 10 volume turning all the way up

This has never happened to me before but I recently upgraded my apple watch because I was having this same problem and I thought it was just old so I purchased a series 10. And now the same thing is happening, I'll lower my volume and then like an hour or two later when I get a notification, it will ring super loud with the max volume. I then go back in and lower it and it keeps happening. My apple watch is also up to date. Is anyone else having this problem?

Dude. Same thing has been happening to me. I’ll be at work, get a call on my phone that’s on silent mode, just to have my watch yelling at me at 100% volume. I don’t touch the alert sound settings EVER on my watch. But it keeps changing from 5% volume to 100% sporadically for the last 2 months. I had a 40 min iMessage chat with Support, to advise me how to troubleshoot when I initially stated I looked up and actioned all ways to troubleshoot. They wanted to set me up with an appointment to go in store, which I know will just be a huge waste of my time.
