Unlocking Apple Watch apps during downtime on iPhone

My parents have set my phone to always be on downtime, with the exception of a few always aloud apps. However, they agreed to some apps on my watch such as workout and mindfulness. The problem is that they dont show up in screentime because the apps are only on my watch. How can we unlock the apps that are only on the apple watch when downtime is still enabled?
