Request for Clarification Regarding Termination of Publishing Agreement

Dear Apple Books Support,

I recently received a termination notice regarding my eBook Agency/Commissionaire Distribution Agreement with Apple. This sudden termination has caused me a great deal of concern and sadness, as I am uncertain about the specific reasons behind this decision.

I would like to respectfully ask:

• What is the exact reason for the termination of my publishing agreement?

• Have I violated any policy or requirement that I may not be aware of?

I would also like to affirm that the book I submitted is entirely my own original work. It is 100% written by me, not copied from any other source, and this is the first time it has ever been published on Apple Books or any other platform.

As this matter is very important to me, I kindly request your guidance and clarification. I am eager to resolve any issues, if any exist, and to continue working in compliance with Apple’s publishing standards.
