In knot theory, the standard unknot is known to be a perfect circle. I’m wondering if it’s possible to add the keyword “unknot” so that when you search your emojis with “unknot” the circle ⭕️ emoji comes up.

Have you tried a Text Replacement at Settings > General > Keyboard > Text Replacement?
Choose the word "unknot" to display the emoji. Then anytime you type "unknot", it will be replaced by your emoji. I know that is not exactly what you are looking for, but may be something that would work for you.
